Let me see if I can figure out this venture of coming back for my blog….
When we talk about psychological disabilities I have a problem with that terminology. I like to refer to it as a psychological difference rather then a disability. The term disability implies that the person has a dysfunction or limitation in functioning. Whether you agree or not I think some of the greatest minds in history would’ve been labeled as having a psychological disability simply because their minds function differently than the majority. When someone says that I am crazy or my thoughts are not normal, I think that is a complement. This is because I have come to realize that the norm of thought is not a active process it all. The majority of people that is considered normal are semi-conscious simple-minded individuals that have little if any original thought processes. They usually function on preprogrammed subconscious behavior patterns and suffer from cognitive dissonance.
Regardless if the person who has a psychological difference may have a disability, that it is fair say that a normal person has a lack of ability.
It’s been a really long time since my last post. Unfortunately, it was because of all my writing has been dedicated and directed in areas which I am not fond of. Well, hopefully that is behind me now and I can write blog posts rather than serious official writings that I despise.
I think him back and look forward to writing and posting on my blog. There is definitely no shortage of things for me to write and rant about now.
THIS IS NOT REFERRING TO ANY SPECIFIC LEGAL MATTER
Attorneys have devoted a significant amount of time and money to obtain their law degree. Usually a Doctor of Jurisprudence or Juris Doctor. Whatever the degree/title or “State BAR” requirements are to “practice” law are, I have a question. ———-
WHEN A LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE REJECTS THE LAW BECAUSE IT CHALLENGES THE “NORMAL SYSTEM OF CONSISTENT CONFORMITY”, IS THE EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM GUILTY AS WELL AS THE INDIVIDUAL ATTORNEY?
This is a complicated subject, but is one that is important. There is no doubt in my mind that there are great attorneys out there, and regardless of great resistance and being ostracized they still challenge certain issues that majority would/could not. The numbers show that it is “SYSTEMATIC” NOT TO GO TO COURT!!!!!
IF YOU ARE GUILTY, A PLEA IS A GOOD DEAL!…… IF YOU ARE INNOCENT, THE “SYSTEM” MAKES IT PUNISHABLE TO PROVE IT IN COURT.
WELL THIS IS INTERESTING
In the fiscal year of 2010-2011 (July 2010 to June 2011), the trial courts (circuit and county) in Florida disposed of 2,774,302 civil cases (not including probate, family court, or civil traffic infraction cases). Of that, only 1,049 were disposed by a jury and only 4,348 were disposed through a non-jury or bench trial. So out of all the cases disposed during the 2010-2011 fiscal year, less than 0.2% made it to trial. As for settling prior to trial, just looking at Circuit Civil alone (not including probate, family court, or civil traffic infraction cases), 9.9% of cases settle prior to other disposition and 1.2% settle through mediation. So nearly 90% of all civil cases in the state circuit courts (not including probate, family court, or civil traffic infraction cases) fail to settle or make it to trial.
I’m not a attorney, I have no “formal” legal education. That being said, I find it unacceptable if I speak with an attorney or other legal official that do not know the legal statute/code/law/amendment/terminology….. ect…. BUT STILL CLAIM TO KNOW IT AND/OR APPLY IT WRONGFULLY -THEY SHOULD JUST ADMIT WHEN THEY NEED TO RESEARCH IT OR DOUBLE CHECK IT——–
THERE IS SO MUCH COMPLEXITY BEYOND THE JUST THE “BASIC” THAT I WOULD UNDERSTAND THEM NEEDING TO CHECK!!!!!!!
IT DOESN’T MAKE THEM INCOMPETENT WHEN THEY ARE NOT SURE ABOUT SOMETHING, BUT, NEGLIGENT IF THEY PROCEED REGARDLESS
LIKE MEDICAL DOCTORS
WE TRUST THESE PROFESSIONALS WITH OUR LIFE!!!!!
ASK QUESTIONS, GET 2ND OPINIONS
Anyone who finds themselves in a position of fighting for their rights should ask themselves if they defended these rights when they were initially challenged. MOST LIKELY THEY DID NOT!………
Usually, your rights are challenged and abused before they are lost and you fight to get them back. With rights, come responsibilities! If they are being infringed or violated, OR, challenged, you need to protect them before they have been taken away.
IF YOU HAVE HAD THEM TAKEN AWAY—–GOOD LUCK GETTING THEM BACK!!!!!
Any dispute or issue challenging any of your presumed substantiated rights should be automatically a STOP!!!! AT THE VIOLATION OR CHALLENGE OF THE ASSUMED RIGHT BEFORE IT HAS BEEN TAKEN AWAY!!!!!
THIS MIGHT REMAIN IN DISAGREEMENT WITH NO RESOLUTION, BUT, IN NO WAY SHALL THAT BE CONSTRUED AS A FORFEITURE OF THE RIGHT IN QUESTION!!!!!!
MAKE SURE IF YOU BELIEVE IN SOMETHING YOU ARE WILLING TO DEFEND IT
“They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.”
There is something about a well designed quote that I can’t begin to explain. THIS WOULD BE A PERFECT EXAMPLE TO CREATE A QUOTE. Because, I could go on and on for pages explaining this or if I phrase my quotes in such a way that the words strategically selected and positioned can explain 20 pages of thoughts in less than a couple sentences. ………..A good quote to me has not only content, it also has interpretational depth with layers for those analytical people like myself to discover.
JUST TO REMIND EVERYONE- I HAVE VERY WEAK WRITING SKILLS, AND VERY TO NO EDUCATION IN ENGLISH REGARDLESS OF MY EXTENSIVE / EXPENSIVE COLLEGE EDUCATION. SPELLING, GRAMMAR, PRONOUNS, ADJECTIVES ADVERBS, ECT……. I WOULDN’T PASS GRAMMAR SCHOOL LOL…… GOOD THINK MY FIELD WAS PSYCHOLOGY WHERE THEY WERE NOT VERY CONCERNED WITH WRITING ABILITY.
I DO BELIEVE THAT BEING OVER ANALYTICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL APPLICATION TO WORDS, TONE, STATEMENTS, ECT PLAYS IT PART IN MY STRUGGLE WHEN I WRITE. I COULD SAY SOMETHING OUT LOUD PERFECTLY, YET ONCE I PUT IT ON PAPER OR TEXT THAT IS WHEN MY STRUGGLE BEGINS. **KNOWING THAT THE READER IS OPEN TO INTERPRETATION BASED ON THE WORDS THEMSELVES DISASSOCIATED FROM ANY EMOTIONAL OR PERSONALITY THAT GIVES THEM MEANING. OTHERWISE THEY ARE JUST A COLLECTION OF LETTERS, WORDS, SENTENCES.
SO, AN EXAMPLE HOW I WOULD TRY TO QUOTE THE ABOVE
“A DICTIONARY CAN PROVIDE A DEFINITION TO A WORD, BUT, ONLY A PERSON IS ABLE TO GIVE A MEANING TO A WORD”
SORRY I USUALLY AM NOT ONE TO DISAPPEAR FOR THAT LONG WITHOUT CHECKING IN. THERE WAS UNFORTUNATELY SOME VERY VERY IMPORTANT TIME SENSITIVE “THINGS” I HAD TO ADDRESS AND SETTLE, WHICH I CAN SAY I’VE DONE SO VICTORIOUSLY!
SO ON THE ODD CHANCE THAT PEOPLE ACTUALLY MIGHT HAVE WONDER WHERE I’VE BEEN, OR WHAT HAPPENED TO ME, NO WORRIES I’M BACK!
I’M LOOKING FORWARD TO HAVING MORE TIME NOW TO THIS BLOG
HERE IS A “CRAZY” SOLUTION TO THE WAR ON DRUGS
STOP FIGHTING IT!
*NOW REMEMBER THIS IS A RANDOM RANT FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES AND SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN SERIOUS. (MAYBE IT SHOULD) LOL
This war on drugs has been ongoing now for somewhere between a “long time” and “a very long time”. Well, It would be fair to say that whatever they are doing is clearly not working, and never will! They can’t say there wasn’t enough time and eventually the war on drugs would be won. HAHAHA!!!!
Since I don’t even smoke weed I have a valid position of credibility to say I would rather have drugs legalized and regulated rather than this continuing stupidity drug war. Meaning, as a non-user I wouldn’t directly benefit from the legalization of drugs. I would benefit from the drop in crime, health costs, State, Federal tax revenue, decreased government spending system wide. The entire legal system would become almost vacant lol. So they can now focus on real criminals.
Listen I’m no angel myself, only due to my anxiety and panic attacks, recreational drug use is not even an option for me. I’ve got some allergy to them I guess. lol
SO WHERE TO START
First thing would be to decriminalize all drugs!!!!!
*****Don’t get all excited before I had a chance to explain. I need to explain this part because I feel is the most significant. The decriminalization of drugs will solve many issues and is going to be the foundation of the solution.
Maybe I should talk about the concerns people might have or would have regarding this first. This way it will be out of the way and hopefully be seen as a ridiculous concern. The most obvious one is the fear and delusion that if they were to legalize drugs people would start using them excessively, and complete loss of control.
This is just straight out stupid! People that want to get F-uped are going to get F-uped regardless and have been doing so. Even if you are able to eliminate eradicate all the drugs in the world people would still find someway to get messed up. I’ll get back to this later.
I doubt there is any disagreement of the concerns regarding criminal and violent behavior associated with illegal drugs. This is one area specifically resolved by legalization.
Let me start with the top and work my way down. The big drug cartels trafficking these drugs making ridiculous amounts of money and involved on many levels with violent criminal activities public corruption and so much more….. If drugs became legal they would be out of business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY WOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!
These drug cartels have a lot of power and way too much money as a result of the trafficking and sales of these illegal narcotics. Am I crazy to think and say decriminalizing drugs would put them out of business? If their services are no longer needed through the legalization decriminalization of drugs that’s the end of them! Maybe not the end of them, but the majority of their income and profit will no longer exist. That alone is Goodnuf for me taking away their income by legalizing or decriminalizing all drugs. PERSONALLY, THAT ALONE IS WHAT STARTED ME ON THIS RANT! JUST KNOWING THAT IF ONE DAY DRUGS BECAME LEGAL, THESE CARTELS AND NARCO STATES WOULD LOOSE A SIGNIFICANT IF NOT COMPLETE LOSS OF POWER AND MONEY. History has already proven that during prohibition (even though that was peanuts) compared to the money in trafficking drugs. But, even still, you seen how prohibition brought about the criminal rise in power during that time.
Now lets go down list of the other benefits from legalizing or decriminalizing it. The budget funding the war on drugs is a joke. You can’t compete with the cartels and amount of money they have, you can’t stop it, if you make it less available they will increase their prices. Instead use the money for recovery treatment programs, research etc. also preventing uncontrolled black market products with who knows what chemicals are in them. Next you’ll free up the courts to be able to devote attention to real criminals like murderers rapists and other criminals that are dangerous rather then overwhelming the court with nonviolent drug offenders. This will also free up a lot of prison cells to put people who should be locked up. No matter how dangerous drugs are a murderer should not get a sentence less than a drug dealer. You have drug dealer serving life sentences and a murderer out in less than10 years I think in some cases. That is ridiculous!
If it was legalized there wouldn’t be much need for the street corner dealers and robberies violent crimes committed by street dealers addicts when their is the availability through programs and clinics (some countries already do this)
Now we will further down the list of benefits by legalizing. All the prostitutes and intravenous drug use causing aids and the other related diseases associated Will be significantly reduced if they are provided through clinics rather than on the street. This is sounding pretty logical by now, that there is clearly more to gain by legalizing than there is by criminalized.
I can go on and on of all the benefits legalizing would have. Remember I’m not saying it should be a free-for-all where everyone can just do whatever they want, and go drug crazy (countries using this approach already have shown this doesn’t happen) Stop wasting money fighting organizations that are much better funded, armed, then any of our agencies. And stop making them rich, The money can be spent treating monitoring the users directly.
And I have to repeat it again making this legal takes the cartels out of business in their most profitable area!!!!!
THE REAL WAR ON DRUGS SHOULD BE AGAINST THE PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION AND DR’S NEGLIGENCE IN PRESCRIBING THEM!!!!!
BUT NOT GETTING INTO THAT RIGHT NOW BECAUSE THATS GOING TO BE A LONG RANT!
I MIGHT JUST RECORD IT RATHER THAN TYPE IT.
