I am pretty sure that everybody can relate to this. Those phone calls, or discussions we really do not want to have, but can no longer evade. A lot of anxiety starts to build up as you get closer and closer to the time you need to make that call. This anxiety can be built up that day, week or sometimes even months prior! Your mind just keeps racing around and around in circles wishing for someway to avoid it. Once you get it over with, you are relieved, and at the same time you realize that the experience YOU had leading up to that moment was far worse than dealing with the actual situation.
